We stayed at the Knysna Manor House during the Knysna 300 MTB race. I have to give credit to Lizzie for going out of her way to make us feel welcome and getting up extra early to make sure that the guys had a cooked breakfast before setting off for their daily grueling task. Thanks Lizzie ... you are one in a million. If we do the race again next year, we will for sure not look any further for accommodation.

Knysna Manor House is run by a welcoming couple who strive to ensure that their guests are comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the Victorian property is very charming. We have 2 young kids and they were quite happy there. Great central location and walking distance to town. It has a lovely deck with fabulous views of mountains and lagoon. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay!! Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great service, all within a 10 minute walk to the waterfront. Thank you for having us over! If I am ever back in Knysna I will be staying here again!

The staff is so nice and price of this B&B is very resonable. It locates in the town center which is easy to enter the N2 main road along garden route.The building itself is a historical one. Love it and I have booked twice.

Would be more than happy to recommend to family, friends and tourists. Hosts friendly and professional with lots of information about the local history and environment. Our room was delightful with an en suite bath room tucked below an intimate little stairway.

I am a regular visitor to Knysna Manor House as I travel a lot to the area on business and really find it to be a home from home. The managers and staff are always super attentive and friendly and they serve the quickest, most delicious breakfasts imaginable. They are also well located in the town and close to everything, with the added super bonus of safe and secure parking. Always a great, comfortable stay.

Had a very nice stay in the Knysna Manor house. We had to attend a conference in Knysna so by looking on the website booking.com we found the Knysna Manor house priced very well and affordable, we booked without difficulty. After a 3hour drive from Port Elizabeth we arrived at the guesthouse, we were greeted friendly by the staff and was shown to our comfortable rooms shortly. The rooms consist of a nice clean and comfortable bed, tv, heater, warmwater bottles and even a coffee and tea station, you also have your bathroom with a bath, shower, toilet and a basin. The next morning we had the most delicious omelettes with a fantastic view over the Knysna estuary. To anyone coming past Knysna, you can definitely consider the Knysna Manor House. Well done!!
