Knysna will embrace a carnival atmosphere as the Globeflight Pink Loerie Mardi Gras & Arts Festival returns for the 15th time. The fun starts on Wednesday, 29 April 29  and continues until 3 May.

A great feather in Knysna's cap is that we will be hosting the glamorous and prestigious Mr Gay World's grand finale. As we expect major national and international media to report on the festivities, we ask all Knysna and Sedgefield locals and businesses to consider turning the town pink. Helping to turn the town pink (or other bright carnival colours) could just win you one of three prizes to the value of R12 000.

Let's get into the carnival spirit and welcome everyone to town with the same glitz and glamour that the visitors and contestants are bringing
