Reservation Confirmation and Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your reservation at Knysna Manor House, you acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined below. These policies ensure a smooth, transparent, and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Meals
A full English breakfast is served daily. Please note that we do not cater for special dietary requirements.

Check‑In and Check‑Out Times - Check‑In: Strictly between 14:00 and 20:00, unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
Check‑Out: Strictly between 07:00 and 10:00.


Cancellation Policy - If cancelled, 25% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 28 days before arrival, 33% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The guesthouse reserves the right to pre‑authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
In the case of late cancellation or no‑show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.


Deposit Conditions - A 50% deposit is charged on the day of booking. This amount is refundable only within the terms of the Cancellation Policy above.

Accepted Credit Cards - Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

Children - Regrettably, only children aged 12 years and older can be accommodated.

Supplements - Any applicable supplements are not automatically included in the total booking cost and must be settled separately at the guesthouse.

Pets - Pets are not permitted.
