"TERMS & CONDITIONS

**Meals:**
Please note that a full English Breakfast is served. No special dietary needs are catered for.

**Check-In / Check-Out Times:**
- Check-In: strictly between 14:00 - 20:00 hours unless prior arrangements have been made with the management.
- Check-Out: strictly between 07:00 - 10:00 hours.

**Cancellation Policy:**
- If cancelled, 25% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 28 days before the date of arrival, 33% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 14 days before the date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
- If cancelled up to 7 days before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
- If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

**Deposit Conditions:**
- 50% of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable if cancelled within the Cancellation Policy above.

**Accepted Credit Cards:**
Visa, Euro/Mastercard.

**Children:**
Regrettably, only children over the age of 12 years are accepted.

**Supplements:**
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately at the hotel.

**Pets:**
Pets are not allowed."
