Eating out in Knysna

According to http://www.tripadvisor.co.za/Restaurants-g312664-Knysna_Western_Cape.html these are the top restaurants in Knysna, but I would like to add my little bit.

There are the commercial restaurants, with beautiful views like Eastheads, which has the advantage of being right at the Knysna Heads, but my little favourite is "The Anchorage", Although set in Grey Street and away from the Knysna Waterfront, this is one of the, if not the only restaurant in Knysna that has been run by the same owner for over 20 years.  This should be a testament to the quality of the food and service received.  Brian and Kelly go out of their way to give guests a personal experience. 

Guests often ask us where to go and eat, and I give them a variety of menu's.  99% of the time, they choose "The Anchorage" and Brian is always able to book guests in, and has on occasion, driven them back to our guesthouse at the end of the evening.

If you are looking for personal service, and great food, then this is my No 1 place to eat in Knysna.
